Accordingly, it was unanimously agreed by all of the parties, that:
- For the remaining 'Inshore Races' (but not retrospectivelly for the concluded Races 1 & 2), the handicap of Maelie will be increased by 7.5% (to a revised handicap of 0.787)
- For the future, and to be concluded before the next BPI Series - Corregidor, the OA / RO shall conduct a full and thorough review of the Multihull Class fleet handicapping, taking into account past historical BPI Series races / elapsed times and relevant industry benchmarks & norms (in consultation with the relevant fleet boat owners). The Jury Chair, John M Quirk shall be kept contemporaneously appraised of that review and its conclusions by the OA / RO.
