„Rules alleged to be broken“ This field, while needed for the standard wording of [NP], is no longer mandatory to fill out. See RRS 60.3.
The usual advice, to write any rule even if it’s a wrong one, is no longer needed.
You may want to adjust the standard form to reflect that this is an optional field or school your raceoffice desk personal.
I can see how it could be helpful though, when included, to have a more streamlined way of protestors informing the PC of how they feel they were wronged.

In the current quad, they added only 2 items to the requirement.
All other information, though nice for the PC to have, is optional unless the NOR/SI properly change RRS 60.3.
