RRS.org counterparty for redress under 61.4(b)(4): giving help to another boat
If I am requesting redress under 61.4(b)(4), giving help to another boat, I'm not claiming it's because of a boat that caused damage or injury to me, or a commitee error, or a support person.
But when hearing requests are filed on RRS.org, it seems I *must* provide a counterparty, whether that is another boat or a committee.
What is the proper counterparty for a 61.4(b)(4) redress request?

I also note that there various other inputs on the form that may or may not be used based on the type of request. We really haven't gone down the path of trying to toggle those off or on depending on the request type. The difference being that they were never a required field so could just be ignored.
More of a witness really .. but it all becomes obvious when the boat helped is also described in the written "reason for redress".
