I like to have tabs in my rule books for quick flipping. If you are like me and have a laser printer, these tabs worked pretty well. Here is the file I used. The 100 pack was enough to do 3 rule books with one sheet wasted (could have done a 4th) trying to figure out the alignment in the printer making scrap.
