RacingRulesOfSailing.org is in its 14th year thanks to the help of its Patrons, racing officials and volunteers.  We are a community of officials, coaches and competitors that participate in thousands of events each year.  And the Forums are home to several hundred well considered rules posts every year.  Thank you all for your participation.  We hope you have a very happy holiday season.
